Nicholson Hotpot Ingredients

500 grams Ground beef 2 Onion sliced
4 Carrot sliced4 Potato sliced
3 Zucchini sliced1 cup Beef stock
1 Red bell pepper chopped

Instructions for Nicholson Hotpot

Layer all the ingredients in a large deep frying pan. Add the stock (more if you like lots of gravy, and also half wine half stock adds some good flavour). Let it all simmer for about half an hour or until the vegetables are tender. This is a family favourite!

Note - you can add any vegetables you like for a change of pace or to use up what's in the fridge.
