Coney Island Cornbread Ingredients

1 pound Ground beef 1/2 cup Chili Sauce (or 2-3t chili pwd)
1 pound Hot dogs healthy choice1 can (12 oz) Tomato soup
1/2 cup Onion chopped1 package Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

Instructions for Coney Island Cornbread

Brown beef in skillet with onion, or in microwave. May prepare as 1/2lb of ground beef and 1/2lb pizza sausage. Drain fat. Add hot dogs, cut up. Mix soup (undiluted) with chili sauce (or chili pwd) and add to meat. Heat mixture. mix the corn bread mix as per directions on the box. Place hot meat mixture in a 9x9 dish and top with corn muffin mixture. Bake according to directions on muffin box (20-25 min at 400 degrees).
