Orange Avocado Salsa Ingredients

1 ea Orange 4 teaspoon Lime juice
1 ea Avocado diced2 tablespoon Cilantro fresh, minced
2 tablespoon Red Onion finely chopped Salt and pepper
1 ea Jalapeno peppers stemmed, seeded, and minced

Instructions for Orange Avocado Salsa

To keep avocado from discoloring, prepare this salsa just before you cook the tuna steaks.
Makes about 1 cup, enough for 2 tuna steaks

1. Cut 1/2 inch off top and bottom of orange; set orange on cut side on cutting board. Working from top to bottom, cut away peel and pith in large strips, following contour of orange. Remove flesh in wedge-shaped segments by cutting on both sides of white membrane; cut segments into 1/2-inch pieces.

2. Combine all ingredients, including salt to taste, in small bowl.
