canola oil
1/4 teaspoon
salt
1/4 cup
hoisin sauce
2 teaspoons dark
sesame oil
1/4 cup
ketchup
3/4 cup
Zucchini
sliced
1 teaspoon low-sodium
soy sauce
3/4 cup
Red bell pepper
sliced
1/2 teaspoon
Garlic
minced
1 teaspoon
Ginger
grated
1/4 teaspoon Ground
red pepper
1/2 cup Green
onion
chopped
3/4 pound
Pork
tenderloin trimmed, cut into 1/2 in pieces
1 teaspoon toasted
sesame seed

1 teaspoon black
pepper
rice
noodles
Instructions for Pork And Stir-fried Vegetables With Spicy Asian Sauce
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet: medium-high heat.
In a bowl: Stir thoroughly the hoisin sauce and next 4 ingredients (through ground red pepper).
Add pork to pan; season with salt and pepper.
Cook pork until done. Remove from pan.
Add sesame oil to pan. Add zucchini, bell pepper, and ginger; stir-fry 4 minutes.
Add the onions and pork.
Add the sauce mixture to the pan; toss to coat.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve over rice noodles.
