Warm Lobster Dip Ingredients
1 cn (5 oz.)
lobster
1 ts Finely chopped
onion
1/2 lb Light
cream cheese
, cubed
1 ts Granulated
sugar
1/4 c Sauterne or other
white wine
1 ts
Dijon mustard
1 tb Light
mayonnaise
Pinch salt &
cayenne
pepper
1 Clove
garlic
, minced
Instructions for Warm Lobster Dip
Drain lobster; flake meat with fingers and set aside. In small saucepan, melt cheese over low heat until smooth, stirring often. Stir in lobster, wine, mayonnaise, garlic, onion, sugar, mustard, salt and cayenne; heat through, stirring occasionally. Serve in warmed bowl. Makes about 2 cups.
