Mile-High Buttermilk Pancakes Ingredients
2
Egg
1 teaspoon
Baking powder
1 1/2 cup
Buttermilk
1/2 teaspoon
Baking soda
1 tablespoon
Butter
melted
dash
Salt
1 cup All purpose
flour
Maple Syrup
optional
1 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar
Instructions for Mile-High Buttermilk Pancakes
1. In a medium bowl. Combine the eggs, buttermilk and butter. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Add the buttermilk mixture to the dry mixture and stir till just combined (dont over beat).
2. Pour about cup batter for each pancake onto a hot, lightly greased griddle. Cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes per side or till golden brown, turning to the second side when pancakes have bubbly surfaces and edges are slightly dry. Serve warm with additional butter and syrup if you like Makes 10 to 12 pancakes.

I'm sorry, I missed typing in an ingredient. You need both soda and powder: 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda I am so sorry. I'm not sure how to edit this recipe other than getting it removed and re-submitting it.

The ingredient list calls for baking soda. The instructions call for baking powder. Which one is it?
