Betty's Meat Balls Ingredients
1 pound
Ground beef
1 small
Onion
diced
1 1/2 cups Soda crackers crushed
1/8 teaspoon
Sage
4 ounces
Blue cheese
creamed
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
1/2 cup
Milk
1/2 teaspoon Galic
salt
1
Egg
1/4 teaspoon Black
pepper
Instructions for Betty's Meat Balls
Cream the blue cheese together with the milk in a blender.
Mix in all other ingredients except the ground beef.
Let stand to soften.
Mix in ground beef.
Roll into small balls
Broil 5 to 8 minutes on baking sheet.
Advance Preparation:
You can make and form the meat balls a couple days in advance of your event. Then simply broil and serve.
