Great Hamburgers Ingredients

1 lb ground beef	pepper to taste
3 tsp fresh cilantro finely chopped	1/3 cup bread crumbs
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce	1 egg lightly beaten
3 tblspoons ketchup	1 teaspoon dry oregano
2 tblspoons tomato puree	olive oil
1 clove garlic finely chopped	8 hamburger buns
1/2 cup green onion finely chopped	fresh lettuce and sliced tomato to serve
1 teaspoon salt

Instructions for Great Hamburgers

1.- Preheat a large skillet (or you can use a grill and reduce the calories content)
2.- Mix all first 12 ingredients in a bowl.
3,- Form 8 patties about 1 centimeter thick
4.- Add a little oil and fry the patties to your liking.
5.- Place the meat on the hamburger buns and serve warm with mayo if you want and lettuce and tomato.
