Gazpacho Ingredients

2 1/2 cups Tomato juice 2 tablespoon Oil, Olive
1 cup Tomato peeled, seeded, finely chopped1 clove Garlic minced
1/2 cup Celery finely chopped2 teaspoon Parsley finely chopped
1/2 cup Cucumber finely chopped1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Pepper, green finely chopped1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup Onion, green finely chopped1/2 teaspoon Pepper, black freshly ground
3 tablespoon Vineger, white wine

Instructions for Gazpacho

Combine the juice, tomatoes, celery, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, vinegar, oil, garlic, parsley, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper in a large glass or stainless steel bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve cold.
