Ingredients
- Cooking Spray
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 3 tablespoons tablespoons butter melted
- 1 1/2 tablespoons tablespoons instant coffee granules
- 2 tablespoons tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 large egg white lightly beaten
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 3 0z. (3-ounce) bar dark chocolate chopped
- (such as Ghirardelli)
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Coat bottom of an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
3. Combine sugar and next 8 ingredients in a bowl.
4. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Add flour and dark chocolate to cocoa mixture, stirring just until blended. Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
Yield: 16 servings (serving size: 1 brownie).
