Thank you so much for this recipe! I used hot enchilada sauce (what I had on hand) and it was perfect. Everyone enjoyed it. Thanks again for sharing with us.

Wow. I thought this dish was wonderful. I love mexican food a lot, but I don't always have time to make it. This didn't take much longer than the time to brown beef to prepare and the oven did the rest. I will definitely use this recipe again.

this recipe was very good! i'm a huge fan of casserole's and this was no exception!! very easy to make and very tasty. Next time i'm going to try it with only one can of enchilada sauce and only 1 can of green chilis. it was a little runny for my taste so hopefully lighter sauce will make this dish perfect!!

My 2 teen boys and husband are not fans of casseroles, generally, but they really liked this one. My 16 year old, who is quite picky, said, as he was eating this dish, "Wow, mom, this is REALLY good!" Will make again.

Easy to prepare and very tasty. We like spicy foods, so I used "hot" enchilada sauce and instead of 2 (4 oz) cans of green chiles, I used 1 (4-oz) can of diced green chiles and 1 (4-oz) can of diced jalapeno chiles.

I used 2 lbs of meat, so had to estimate and added a few more tortillas and some more enchilada sauce and I only had one can of green chiles, but it still turned out well. The whole family loved it, even the cat! We will be making this again soon.

Wow - this makes a huge casserole! It was a little bland for us, but I blame myself for that. Next time, I will use the medium enchilada sauce, as opposed to the mild, and top with some jalapeno slices.
