Potato Vindaloo Ingredients

-- PASTE -- Salt to taste
2 ea Tomato small --- REMAINING INGREDIENTS --
1/2 inch Ginger 1/2 ea Onion sliced
6 ea Garlic clove Oil
pinch Tumeric 2 tablespoons Vinegar or Tamarind Water or more to taste
1 teaspoon Cumin 1 pound Meat cut up (e.g. into cubes)
2 ea Onion small, chopped1 pound Potato cut up
3 ea Chili peppers dried, red

Instructions for Potato Vindaloo

1. Fry the sliced onion in oil.

2. Add the spice paste and vinegar/tamarind and bring to a boil.

3. Add meat and potatoes and fry for 10 minutes, then add a little warm water and cook until done.
