This is the Frozen Fruit Salad my Grandmother made every Thanksgiving and Christmas. It is our Family Tradition and a must have at Christmas.

Grandma Retzke's Frozen Fruit Salad Ingredients

cream cheese
8oz
1
fruit
cocktail 16oz drained
1/3 cup
powdered sugar
1 crushed
pineapple
8oz drained
3/4 tsp
vanilla
2 cups mini-
marshmallow

1/3 cup
mayonnaise
1/3 cup whipping
cream
whipped
1
peach
es 16oz drained
6 drops red
food coloring
1/3 cup cherry halves
Instructions for Grandma Retzke's Frozen Fruit Salad
Fold fruit into cream cheese. Fold whipped cream into fruit mixture.
Add coloring until pink. Put into mold. Freeze until firm. Serve
frozen.

I added chopped pecans to the recipe and my husband loved it! In about 4 hours it was quite frozen and ready to go.

Do not substitue anything for for the mayonaise. You can use light mayonaise and light cream cheese to cut some fat and calories. [I posted this recipe.]
