Nick's Beef Brisket Ingredients
4 pound
Beef
brisket
-- Heavy Aluminum Foil --
2 cup
Mustard
- yellow, digon, you name it
Instructions for Nick's Beef Brisket
Pre heat oven to 350.
Cover brisket with mustard and wrap in foil sealing the top and ends. Bake until tender, 50 minutes a pound. Let stand for five minutes before carving.
