Diane Helgeson's Rhubarb Cake Ingredients

1 package Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix-without pudding 3/4 cup Sugar
4 cups Rhubarb chopped1/2 pint Whipping cream (do not whip it)

Instructions for Diane Helgeson's Rhubarb Cake

Preheat oven to 350

Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Pour into a greased 9x11 cake pan.

Sprinkle chopped rhubarb evenly over top of cake batter. Sprinkle the cup sugar evenly over both. Pour the pint (1 cup) of whipping cream over everything.

Bake for 1 hour. Let cool before cutting. Store in refrigerator.
