Ingredient Insight - look inside this recipe

I served this to 6 ten year old boys as an afterschool snack. Each had a condiment size dish of jello and on the center of the table I placed 6 thick slices of fresh pineapple on a plastic cutting board with one boyscout knife. All enjoyed the jello, but the carving of the pineapple took on many differrent shapes. A big and creative hit for the guys! We had stick figures, shapes, moon

I served this once with fresh pineapple (sided with a bit of blackberry brandy) and again with lo-cal raspberry yogurt. It was delicious both times. [I posted this recipe.]
