Coldslaw with an Oriental touch Ingredients
1 pounds Coleslaw - home made or packaged
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
-- Slaw Dressing --
-- Garnish --
1/4 cup Catalina Dressing - Kraft or generic brand
1/2 can (12 oz) Mandarin
Orange

1/8 cup
Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Peanuts - dry roasted or optionally, Sliced
Almond

1/8 cup
Splenda
Instructions for Coldslaw with an Oriental touch
Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until completely blended. Fold into slaw and turn until completely coated. Refrigerate over night. Serve garnishing with oranges and peanuts or almonds.
Serving suggestion: Assemble one day ahead. This gives time the flavors to combine.
