Bill Knapp's Au Gratin Potatoes Ingredients

6 cups Potatoes about 7 Med Diced Boiled Chilled1 teaspoon Paprika
2 cups Milk 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1/2 cup Butter 1 teaspoon Instant Chicken Bouillon Granules
1/2 teaspoon Salt 6 ounces Velveeta Cheese
1/4 cup Flour

Instructions for Bill Knapp's Au Gratin Potatoes

Prepare potatoes -- dice, boil until soft, and chill.

Melt butter in large saucepan. Add flour and blend. Gradually add the milk and cook until thick. Add remaining ingredients and stir until cheese melts. Add potatoes and stir well. Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 25-30 minutes, until top is nicely browned.

OK, but please! Not velveeta. I'd rather use Elmer's glue. I made this with mozarella cheese and it was great. I also used red potatoes.
