Low Carb Mojito

       4 out of 5 stars

100% would make this recipe for Low Carb Mojito again.

This very popular Cuban drink has been de-carbed to suit diabetic diet plans. While it is low sugar it is NOT low-taste.

These are very refreshing when served with spicy Cuban "Ropa Vieja". They're not bad with burgers from the grill either. [I posted this recipe.]
