Gina's Meatloaf Ingredients

1 lb Lean ground beef 2 tablespoon Soy sauce use low sodium
1/2 Large yellow onion finely chopped Crushed red chilis to taste
1 Zucchini finely chopped2 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
1 Tomato finely chopped12 Mushroom finely chopped
1 Bell Pepper finely chopped, any color2 Eggs beaten

Instructions for Gina's Meatloaf

Preheat oven to 375-400 depending on how "hot" your oven is. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Lightly spray a loaf pan or square baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place meat mixture in the pan. Place intot he oven and bake for 35-45 minutes. Serve with a salad and or cooked vegetable.
