Shrimp Linguine in Clam Sauce Ingredients

8 ounces Pasta - Linguine2 tablespoon Garlic - finely chopped
1 pound Shrimp 26 to 30 count cleaned and devained1 teaspoon Thyme
1 cups Clam juice - bottled1/4 cup Parsley - finely chopped
1/2 cup Butter 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese - freshly grated

Instructions for Shrimp Linguine in Clam Sauce

Cook pasta according to package directions, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and keep warm.

Meanwhile In a suarcepan melt butter, add the garlic and cook one minute over moderate heat until soft. Stir in clam juice. Add salt, pepper, thyme, parsley and shrimp. Simmer until shrimp is pink through out.

Divide linguine between four serving dishes. Pour shrimp mixture over linguine. Sprinkle with cheese.
