Ingredients

-- 2 drops Red Food Coloring, optional --
-- 1 drop Yellow Food Coloring, optional --
Preparation
Cut chicken in bite size pieces or leave whole as you choose. Place chicken in sealable bag or container. In a blender or with a whisk combine marinade ingredients and pour over chicken. Turn to coat and seal. Marinate for 2 hours or over night.
Per heat oven to 425. Place chicken on wire rack on cookie sheet on top shelf or oven. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until done, turning over halfway through.
Note: When using bite size chicken it will cook somewhat faster.
