Smoked Chicken Drumbsticks Ingredients

24 each Chicken Legs1 tablespoon Onion powder
1/2 cup Poultry Seasoning 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
1/2 cup Bread crumbs -- Olive oil --

Instructions for Smoked Chicken Drumbsticks

Rinse and dry chicken legs. Mix the dry ingredients together and place on a dinner sized plate. Coat each leg in oil and then roll in dry ingredient mixture until fully coated.

Meanwhile heat smoker as per manufacturer's instructions to between 200 and 220. Cook for about 3 and a half to 4 hours or until internal leg tempature reaches 180. Use either Hickory or Mesquite.
