Merlin Houska's Famous BBQ Chicken Ingredients
2 Whole baking
chicken

1 can (12 oz)
Beer
1 can BBQ sauce
Instructions for Merlin Houska's Famous BBQ Chicken
Put chicken in a large foil pan or baking pan, and BBQ until totally tender. You may add more beer and BBQ sauce as necessary. The sauce should be thick and gooey. This takes around 2 1/2 hours to cook, very slow !
