Hamburger Cupcakes Ingredients
1 lb
Ground beef
1/2 cup
Bread crumbs
1 18 oz can
Mushroom
soup
Salt
to taste
1/4 cup
Onion
chopped
Pepper
to taste
1
Egg
beaten
Seasonings
to taste
1/2 cup
Cheddar
cheese grated
16 slices Bread
butter
ed
Instructions for Hamburger Cupcakes
1. Combine all ingredients, except bread, and mix well.
2. Trim crusts from buttered bread slices.
3. Press slices, buttered side down, into muffin tins.
4. Fill full with meat mixture and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
