Quiche Lorraine Ingredients

1 cup Ham diced Cayenne pepper
1/2 pound Swiss cheese coarsely grated1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg
5 large Eggs lightly beaten1 3/4 cups Half-and-half cream
1 teaspoon Salt 1 tablespoon Melted butter
1/8 teaspoon White pepper Ready-made pie shell

Instructions for Quiche Lorraine

Preheat oven to 425 degrees and precook pie shell for 5-7 mintues.

Take out of oven and add remaining ingredients that have been previously combined.

Bake uncovered for 15 minutes at 425 degrees.

Lower oven temperature to 350 degrees; continue baking until firm (approximately 20 more minutes).
