Basic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing Ingredients

1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar	1 teaspoon Sugar
2 cloves Garlic minced	3/4 cup Olive oil
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions for Basic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

Combine all the ingredients except the oil in a medium bowl. Whisk for 15 seconds.

Add the oil in a slow, steady stream, whisking continuously until it is incorporated into the dressing.

Whisk again before using to recombine the oil and vinegar.
