This is an easy and delicious dessert that can be enjoyed without a lot of guilt. But......if you're not watching those calories, use all the good ingredients for a much richer mousse.
Mix cream cheese with mixer on medium speed until smooth. Gradually add coffee and milk, beating until well blended. Add pudding mix and cinnamon. Beat on low speed 2 min. Let stand 5 min or until thickened.
Stir in 2 cups whipped topping. Spoon into 6 dessert glasses or 1 qt serving bowl.
Refrigerate and before serving top with remaining whipped topping.
I also drizzled Ice Java Coffee Syrup over the whipped topping.
