4 small ripe tomatoes, chopped	2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup minced red onion	1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped	2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped	1 teaspoon finely chopped habanero pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Season to taste with salt. Serve at room temperature.
