Chorizo Pasta Ingredients

4.0 each Spanish Chorizo's sliced14.8 mililiters Olive oil
14.8 mililiters Chili powder as required400.0 grams Canned Tomatoes
1.0 medium Onion diced4.9 mililiters Spaghetti Bolognaise Spice
1.0 medium Red chile chopped2.5 mililiters Celery Salt
3.0 ea Garlic crushed0.0 Pepper
2.0 each Bacon diced1.0 bunch Parsley chopped
0.5 medium Red bell pepper diced

Instructions for Chorizo Pasta

1. Slice Chorizo sausages thinly.
2. Heat Oil in fry pan and fry Chorizo's on medium - high heat. Sprinkle Chilli Flakes as required. Fry until crispy on both sides.
3. Remove Chorizo's and drain on kitchen towel.
4. In a saucepan, use the oil from the frying of the Chorizo's and fry the Onion, Garlic and Chilli. Then add Bacon Capsicum and cook for a further 3 minutes.
5. Add the canned Tomatoes and chop with the back of your spoon. Add the spices, salt and pepper and then simmer for 5 minutes.
6. Return the Chorizo's to the sauce and simmer for a further 10 minutes.
7. Add chopped parsley and serve with your favourite pasta.
