Pasta Milano

This is a "copycat" recipe for Romano's Macaroni Grill Pasta Milano that I've perfected over several attempts. We now honestly enjoy it more at home than the restaurant, because we can control the pasta-to-sauce ratio when we serve ourselves.

This recipe is not accurate. The pasta milano is not made with alfredo sauce, but roasted garlic cream sauce. It is simply LOTS of garlic, rosemary (the key ingredient) and heavy cream.
