I baked the mixture in muffins pans. It made individual servings and I could freeze those we didn't eat, plus they are the right size for slicing for meatloaf sandwiches.

this would also be good if you used ground turkey instead of the hamberger,i think it would go better with the chicken flavored stuffing, will let you know when i make it,CCheryl

Awesome! It really couldn't be easier... so, naturally I had to complicate it by adding a little worcestercire, and a half a chopped onion and poblano pepper. The second time I made it, I also rubbed the top with brown mustard once it was in the pan. AMAZING. Bravo for the recipe! And thanks!

My family loves this meatloaf and I have used the recipe multiple times. You have to use Heinz Ketchup, for those that may think of cuttong corners. It makes all the difference in the flavor!

We made this last night. My girls had a softball meeting and we were looking for something that would not take too long.

Although it was quick and very easy to put together, my family didn't care for it at all. I guess they are just used to our usual meatloaf.

But for families on the go, or anyone looking for something quick and easy, I say try it.

I substituted my favorite spaghetti sauce (Hunt's Zesty & Spicy) for the ketchup. I then used the extra sauce to top the meatloaf slices and rice sidedish.

This was much more simple than my typical go-to meatloaf recipe that usually takes me hours to prepare - this is great on a busy weeknight! Prep time is super quick, allowing time to pull together the rest of the meal.

My changes: Instead of ketchup I used 1 6oz. can of tomato paste and one 15oz. can of tomato sauce, mixed them together, and added half to the loaf. The other half I spread on top.

Loved how simple and easy this is! No chopping, or adding a multitude of ingredients - it's all in the Stove Top Stuffing, so preparation is a breeze, and a relatively fast cook time for meatloaf too. I used the low sodium STS - still plenty of flavour!

GREAT recipe, probably won't make meatloaf any other way now! :)

This is a very good recipe and was well liked. We converted the recipe to make for 100 people. I think though what I would do is crush the stuffing mix so it would be smaller pieces and still give the flavor.
