Red Pepper Dip Ingredients

1 small Onion chopped1/2 cup Fresh basil packed
2 Garlic cloves sliced1 slice White bread choped
1/4 cup Olive oil 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
12 ounces Roasted red peppers approx 1-3/4 cups Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup Walnuts

Instructions for Red Pepper Dip

In skillet saute garlic and onion in oil till tender and transparent.

In food processor,blend remaining ingredients until nuts are finely chopped. With motor running add garlic and onion until incorporated. Salt and pepper to taste.

Serve dip with appetizer toasts or crackers.
