Mashed Potato Casserole Ingredients

5 pounds Potatoes	1/2 teaspoon Pepper
8 ounce Cream cheese	1 cube Butter
1 cup Sour cream	1 Paprika as required
2 teaspoon Garlic salt

Instructions for Mashed Potato Casserole

=This dish needs to be prepped and chilled for 3 days.

1. Cut potatoes into 1/4s and boil for 25 minutes
2. Beat and add sour cream and cream cheese.
3. Add garlic salt and pepper.
4. Put into a 4 quart baking dish.
5. Dot with butter and sprinkle paprika.
6. Cover and chill for 3 days
7. Bake at 400 for 1 hour.
