Susan's Christmas Coconut Surprise Ingredients

2 - 12 ounce bags of Flaked Coconut 2 Cups chopped Pecans
1 - 16 ounce tub of Fruit Cake Mix 2 cans cans Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk

Instructions for Susan's Christmas Coconut Surprise

Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and press firmly into a Tube Pan.
Bake for 45 - 50 minutes.
Let cool completely before turning out onto plate then cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before cutting.

I am someone who loves fruit cake and this one intrigued me. With only four ingredients and so easy to put together I had to try it. Needless to say, it turned out absolutely delicious. I did increase the fruit cake mix to 2 lbs. instead of 1 lb. and it still came out fantastic. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Will hold well in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks. The longer it sitsthe better it gets. Enjoy. [I posted this recipe.]
