Ingredients
- 1 kilogram Okra (bhindi) sliced across very thinly
- 60 grams Chaat masala
- 1 liter Vegetable oil for deep frying
- 200 grams Gram flour
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 bunch Coriander sprigs chopped
- Red chilli powder to taste
Preparation
its a delicios reciepe..
to start with slice the okra very thinly across the length.
heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan to near smoking temperature.
sprinkle half of the chaat masala , little salt and red chilli powder over the sliced okra and mix lightly.
sprinkle the gram flour so that the okra gets thoroughly covered with it, donot add any water.
now drop the okra litle at a time into the hot oil and deep fry until it is light brown and crisp.
dry it onto a kitchen paper.
sprinkle the rest of the chaat masala and chopped corainder and serve hot
