Ingredients
- 1 pound Rump steak 1" thick

Preparation
1. Mix all the rub ingredients together & set aside.
2. Heat a cast-iron pan until smoking hot. If preferred, oil the steak, then place in the hot pan. When the steak starts pulling away from pan, flip it over, grilling for 4-5 minutes each side until medium-done. Alternatively, grill over hot coals.
3. Season using the rub.
