Cinnamon Cake Ingredients

2 large Eggs 5 ounce Self raising flour
7 ounce Sugar 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
2 1/2 fluid oz Milk 1 can Pie apples
2 tablespoon Butter melted

Instructions for Cinnamon Cake

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Baking time: 30 minutes
Oven temperature: 350F / 180C / Gas Mark 4.

1. Whisk the eggs and sugar. Stir in the milk and melted butter.

2. Sift the flour and cinnamon and stir into the egg and butter mixture to form a smooth batter. Pour the batter into a greased and lined 8"x8" (20x20cm) baking tin and arrange the apple slices on top.

3. Bake in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Leave the cake to cool in the tin , then cut into 5x5cm squares. Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
