Filled Pineapples Ingredients

4 large Pineapples 1/2 small Watermelon seeded, cubed
4 medium Granadillas or 2 cans granadilla pulp2 tablespoon Lime Cordial
2 medium Bananas peeled, sliced1/4 cup Light Rum optional
2 bunches Grapes red or white, seedless1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon ground

Instructions for Filled Pineapples

Preparation time: 45 minutes

1. Cut the leaves off the pineapples, then cut the pineapples in half hortizontally. Hollow out the centre of each half, reserving the fruit and cutting it into pieces. Place in a bowl.

2. Add the remaining fruit and drizzle with the lime cordial and rum if you are using it. Sprinkle the cinnamon and add a little sugar if you prefer it sweet. Mix well and spoon into the hallowed-out pineapples. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
