Ingredients
- 14 ounce Ready made bread dough (400 gram)
- 1 large Egg beaten

Cook Time: 15 minutes
Oven Temp: 190C / 375F / Gas Mark 5
1. Divide the dough into 18 pieces. Place 1 teaspoon of any flavour combination (suggestions below) on a piece of dough.
2. Knead the ingredients into the dough. Roll and twist the dough into breadsticks and place them on a preheated baking tray. Brush with the egg.
3. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.

- Mature cheddar & bacon bits
- Parmesan, paprika and cayenne pepper
- Sesame & poppy seeds
- Olive tapenade
- Cheddar & chile
- Mozzarella chopped basil
- Dried oreganum, basil & crushed garlic
