Homemade Tomato Sauce
5 Servings
100% would make this recipe for Homemade Tomato Sauce again.
Sales of canned tomatoes and tomatoe paste indicate a lot of people make their own spaghetti sauce. With a homemade sauce, you can avoid some of the additives that commercial sauces contain and cut sodium content, too if desired.

I wanted a tomato sauce without the additives and salt in the commercial ones so I gave this one a try on my cabbage rolls. Turned out great. I'll be using it from now on when I need a tomatoe sauce.
