Ingredients
- 3 pounds Chopped meat
- 2 can (16 oz) Kidney beans
- 2 large Onions chopped
- 1 clove Garlic chopped
- 1 1/2 pounds Velveta Cheese
- 1 Jar Salsa to taste
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- Oil to coat the bottom of a 4 qt pot
Preparation
* In a stock pot, add oil and heat for 3 minutes, add onions and garlic and saute' until translucent.
* Add chopped meat, brown and drain the fat.
* Add salt and kidney beans and simmer.
* In a separate pot on low heat, melt cheese and salsa.
* Add mixtures together and simmer, stirring occasionally.
Serve with Tortilla Chips.
