Chili Con Queso (by Marco Anthony Stanco) Ingredients
3 pounds Chopped meat
1 1/2 pounds Velveta Cheese
2 can (16 oz) Kidney
beans
1 Jar Salsa to taste
2 large
Onion
s chopped
2 teaspoons
Salt
1 clove
Garlic
chopped
Oil to coat the bottom of a 4 qt pot
Instructions for Chili Con Queso (by Marco Anthony Stanco)
* In a stock pot, add oil and heat for 3 minutes, add onions and garlic and saute' until translucent.
* Add chopped meat, brown and drain the fat.
* Add salt and kidney beans and simmer.
* In a separate pot on low heat, melt cheese and salsa.
* Add mixtures together and simmer, stirring occasionally.
Serve with Tortilla Chips.
