Sour Cream Cake (by Emily Ruisi Stanco) Ingredients

3 cups Flour 2 cups Sugar
3 teaspoons Baking powder 4 Eggs
2 teaspoons Baking soda 2 teaspoons Vanilla
1 teaspoon Salt 1 pint Sour cream
2 sticks Butter See below for topping ingredients

Instructions for Sour Cream Cake (by Emily Ruisi Stanco)

* Cream together 2 sticks of butter and 2 cups of sugar.
* Slowly add dry ingredients to creamed mixture.
* Beat in 4 eggs (one at a time)
* Stir in 2 teaspoons of vanilla and 1 pint of sour cream.
* Pour half of the batter into a 9 x 13 pan, then sprinkle half of the topping on it. Run through with a knife.
* Then add the remainder of the batter into the pan and sprinkle the rest of the topping on top of the batter.

* Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.

TOPPING
* 1/2 cup sugar.
2 teaspoons of cinnamon.
1/2 cup of finely chopped walnuts.
