Modeling Dough aka Play Dough Ingredients

1 cup Flour	1/2 cup Salt
1 cup Water	1 teaspoon Cream of tarter
1 tablespoon Oil	Food coloring

Instructions for Modeling Dough aka Play Dough

Mix ingredients in a pan. Cook over medium heat until mixture pulls away from sides of pan and becomes doughy in consistency. Knead until cool.
