Preparation
Cut the green peppers in half lengthwise and place them in a microwavable dish with two tablespoons of water. Microwave, covered, on high, for 2 minutes.
In an 2 liter (500g) dish, stir together the ground beef, onion, garlic, and parsley. Microwave, uncovered, on high, until beef has been browned (about 5 minutes). Stir the mixture and pour off fat. Then add the rice, eggs, and chili sauce and pinches of salt and pepper.
Spoon the beef/rice mixture into peppers and microwave, covered, on medium, for 5 minutes. Let stand, covered, for 3 minutes and serve drizzled wth a bit of extra chili sauce (if desired).
