Birds Nest Quiche Ingredients

1 30 oz bag Frozen shredded hash brown potatoes thawed1 cup Sour cream
1/2 cup Butter melted1 cup Half-and-half cream
12 oz Ham diced6 ea Eggs
2 cups Sweet onions medium dice1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
12 oz Swiss cheese shredded1 tb Chives chopped

Instructions for Birds Nest Quiche

Press thawed hashbrowns between paper towels to remove excess moisture. Press the hashbrowns into the bottom of a 9" x 13" pan to form a crust. Drizzle melted butter over the crust. Bake in a 425 oven for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool to room temperature; reduce oven temperature to 350.

In a bowl, combine the ham, cheese and onion. Place ham and cheese mixture on the crust and spread evenly. Beat together milk, sour cream, eggs and salt. Pour egg mixture over the ham mixture. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle the chives on top for garnish.
