Baked Garlic Cheese Mashed Potatoes Ingredients

8 each Potatoes medium boiled and drained1/2 pound Butter softened
4 ounce Sour cream 1 tablespoon Onion powder
8 ounce Cream cheese softened3 tablespoon Garlic minced
2 cup Cheddar cheese shredded 3 tablespoon Parsley minced

Instructions for Baked Garlic Cheese Mashed Potatoes

Boil and drain potateos. Cut into cubes and fold in cream cheese, sour cream, cheese, onion powder, garlic, and parsley. Mash well by hand, with ricer, or with an electric mixer. Place in a casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350 F. (Can be made ahead).

These potatoes were very good. I liked the cheese flavor in mashed potatoes. Next time I would increase the garlic. Maybe boil the potatoes in garlic water. Being able to make the potatoes up ahead saved me time when dinner time came. I would recommend this recipe for others to try.
