Chocolate Chip Cookies Ingredients

Butter 1/4 cup	All Purpose Flour 1 cup
Shortening 1/4 cup	Baking soda 1 teaspoon
Applesauce 1/2 cup	Baking powder 1 teaspoon
DiebetiSweet 1 1/2cups	Salt 1/2 teaspoon
egg 1	Quick Oats 3 cups
Egg substitute 1/2 cup	Sugar free chocolate chips 12 ounces
Skimed milk 1/4 cup	Walnuts broken 1 cup
Pastry flour 1cup

Instructions for Chocolate Chip Cookies

1. Preheat oven to 375. Spray cookie sheet with low-fat spray.
Sift dry ingrediens (except for oats and chocolate chips).

2 Cream the butter and shortening. Add the applesauce.
Add Diabetic Sweet and blend throughly.
Add the egg products and extracts and stir real good.
Add dry ingredients and blend until throughly combined.
Add oats and chocolate chipsand nutsthroughly.

3. Drop the dough by teaspoons onto the cookie sheet.
Bake at 375for 10-12 minutes,or until golden brown.
Cool on pan. Makes 3 dozen
