Melting Moments Ingredients
125 gram
Butter
diced
30 mililiter Corn
flour
30 mililiter Icing
sugar
30 mililiter
Cocoa
110 gram Cake
flour
125 mililiter
Chocolate
spread
Instructions for Melting Moments
Prep time: 15 minutes
Bake time: 10 minutes
Oven temp: 180C
1. Cream the butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy. Sift the dry ingredients twice and gently fold into the butter mixture.
2. Spoon the mixture into a piping bag with a 5mm fluted nozzle and pipe into a lightly greased baking tray, allowing space between the biscuits for spreading.
3. Bake in a pre-heated oven for 10 minutes or until the biscuits are firm. Remove from the oven, leave to stand for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire cooling rack.
4. Sandwich the biscuits together with the chocoate spread.
