My wife bought a new electric grill and after hunting around for vegetables to do I found these, they sounded good and they were.

Italian Grilled Tomato Slices Ingredients

2 tbs Italian dressing fat free3/23 teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoons Flour 3/23 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Parsley dried2 medium Tomatoes cut in 3/4 in. thick slices

Instructions for Italian Grilled Tomato Slices

Plug in and generously spray an electric grill with butter flavoured cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes. (hot)

Meanwhile, pour Italian dressing in a shallow saucer. In another shallow saucer, cmbine flour, parsley flakes, salt and pepper.

First dip the tomato slices int the Italian dressing, then into the flour mixture to coat both sides. Evenly arrange coated tomato slices on prepared grill. Lightly spray top of tomato slices with cooking spray.

Grill for 6 - 8 minutes turning once. Serve at once.

These were great. The original recipe called for a double sided grill and to cook for 3 - 4 minutes. I used a single sided grill and doubled the cooking time shown in the recipe. [I posted this recipe.]
